### sec.192 Reconstitution of authority This section applies if a member of the authority who is 1 of the members who constitute the authority for an arbitration— stops being a member of the authority; or for any reason, is not available for the arbitration. For finishing the arbitration, the chairperson must direct that the authority is to be constituted by— the remaining member or members; or the remaining member or members together with 1 or more other members of the authority. If a direction is given under subsection (2) , the authority as constituted under the direction— must continue and finish the arbitration; and for that purpose, may have regard to any record of the proceedings of the arbitration made by the authority as previously constituted. In subsection (1) , a reference to a member of the authority who is 1 of the members who constitute the authority for an arbitration includes a reference to a member who is 1 of the members for that purpose because of the application on 1 or more occasions of subsection (2) .
