### sec.191 Presiding member
If the chairperson is a member of the authority as constituted for an arbitration, the chairperson is to preside at the arbitration.
If the chairperson is not a member of the authority as constituted for an arbitration, the chairperson must nominate a member to preside at the arbitration.
(sec.191-ssec.1) If the chairperson is a member of the authority as constituted for an arbitration, the chairperson is to preside at the arbitration.
