### sec.190 Constitution of authority For an arbitration, the authority is to be constituted by 2 or more members nominated in writing by the chairperson. The authority, as constituted under subsection (1) , must include an associate member chosen, under section 214D (1) , for the arbitration. s 190 amd 2002 No. 56 s 23 (sec.190-ssec.1) For an arbitration, the authority is to be constituted by 2 or more members nominated in writing by the chairperson.
