### sec.34 Keeping etc. electronically filed documents
A document that is electronically filed under rule 24 (1) (c) or 26 —
must be retained in electronic form by the registry; and
is taken for all purposes to be a document in a record for the proceeding.
If, under section 230 of the Act , a person asks to inspect a document that was electronically filed, the principal registrar may decide whether the document is to be inspected in electronic or paper form.

(sec.34-ssec.1) A document that is electronically filed under rule 24 (1) (c) or 26 — must be retained in electronic form by the registry; and is taken for all purposes to be a document in a record for the proceeding.
