### sec.35 Copy of filed document to be given to other parties etc.
This rule applies if—
the Act , an enabling Act, a practice direction or these rules require a party to a proceeding to file a document; and
these rules do not otherwise provide for a copy of the document to be given to each party to the proceeding or another person mentioned in subrule (3) .
However, this rule does not apply in relation to a proceeding to which rule 28 applies.
The party must, at or about the same time the document is filed, give a copy of the document to—
each party to the proceeding; and
each other person to whom a copy of the document is required to be given under an enabling Act; and
any other person the tribunal directs to be given a copy of the document.
(sec.35-ssec.1) This rule applies if— the Act , an enabling Act, a practice direction or these rules require a party to a proceeding to file a document; and these rules do not otherwise provide for a copy of the document to be given to each party to the proceeding or another person mentioned in subrule (3) .
(sec.35-ssec.2) However, this rule does not apply in relation to a proceeding to which rule 28 applies.

- (b) these rules do not otherwise provide for a copy of the document to be given to each party to the proceeding or another person mentioned in subrule (3) .
- (a) each party to the proceeding; and
- (b) each other person to whom a copy of the document is required to be given under an enabling Act; and
- (c) any other person the tribunal directs to be given a copy of the document.
