### sec.33 Approved entity must be sent a copy of document electronically filed under r 26
After a document prepared by an approved entity is electronically filed by a service provider in a proceeding for a minor debt claim, the service provider must send the approved entity a copy of the document by electronic or computer-based means.
The copy of the document must include—
an image of the tribunal’s seal; and
the tribunal file number for the relevant proceeding.
A paper copy of the document sent to the approved entity is taken for all purposes, including service, to be a copy of the document in the record for the proceeding and issued by the tribunal and stamped with the tribunal’s seal.

(sec.33-ssec.1) After a document prepared by an approved entity is electronically filed by a service provider in a proceeding for a minor debt claim, the service provider must send the approved entity a copy of the document by electronic or computer-based means.
(sec.33-ssec.2) The copy of the document must include— an image of the tribunal’s seal; and the tribunal file number for the relevant proceeding.
(sec.33-ssec.3) A paper copy of the document sent to the approved entity is taken for all purposes, including service, to be a copy of the document in the record for the proceeding and issued by the tribunal and stamped with the tribunal’s seal.
