### sec.26 Filing documents for minor debt claim
Subject to part 10A , an application or other document in a proceeding for a minor debt claim may also be electronically filed in a particular office of the registry ( registry office ) if—
the document is—
prepared by an approved entity; and
sent by electronic or computer-based means by a service provider for filing; and
a practice direction prescribes the document as a document that may be electronically filed; and
a practice direction prescribes the registry office as a registry office at which documents may be electronically filed.

- (a) the document is— (i) prepared by an approved entity; and (ii) sent by electronic or computer-based means by a service provider for filing; and
- (i) prepared by an approved entity; and
- (ii) sent by electronic or computer-based means by a service provider for filing; and
- (b) a practice direction prescribes the document as a document that may be electronically filed; and
- (c) a practice direction prescribes the registry office as a registry office at which documents may be electronically filed.
