### sec.25 Filing affidavits Unless the tribunal orders otherwise, an affidavit may be used in a proceeding only if it has been filed under this rule. See also part 10A . An affidavit may be filed— in person; or by post; or electronically, by sending the affidavit to the registry in the way prescribed by a practice direction.
