### sec.27 Responsibility for document electronically filed under r 26
An approved entity that prepares a document that is electronically filed under rule 26 remains responsible for the document.
However, the service provider who sends the document to the registry is responsible for payment of any fee prescribed for filing the document.

(sec.27-ssec.1) An approved entity that prepares a document that is electronically filed under rule 26 remains responsible for the document.
