### sec.108B False or misleading statement
A person must not state anything to an official the person knows is false or misleading in a material particular.
Maximum penalty—100 penalty units.
This section does not apply to information to which section 53B applies.
In this section—
official means—
the commission; or
an investigator performing a function or exercising a power under this Act.
