### sec.62 Transfer of control of particular public records This section applies in relation to a public record that— immediately before the commencement, was controlled by the department of sport; and is related to— a transferring employee; or the operations of the QAS business unit. On the commencement, the chief executive of the department of sport must give control of the public record to the academy. This section does not limit the application of the Public Records Act 2023 in relation to the public record. In this section— public record see the Public Records Act 2023 , section 9 .
