### sec.61B Chief executive’s obligations in relation to contracts affected by s 61 or 61A
The chief executive of the department of sport must, within 14 days after the commencement—
prepare a document listing each contract to which section 61 or 61A applies (each an affected contract ); and
give the chief executive officer—
a copy of the document prepared under paragraph (a); and
a copy of each affected contract; and
give each party to an affected contract, other than the academy, written notice that states—
the contract to which the notice relates; and
the general effect of section 61 or 61A in relation to the contract.
This section does not limit section 62.

(sec.61B-ssec.2) This section does not limit section 62.

- (c) give each party to an affected contract, other than the academy, written notice that states— (i) the contract to which the notice relates; and (ii) the general effect of section 61 or 61A in relation to the contract.
