### sec.57 Initial composition of board by acting board members For the purpose of appointing persons to act in the office of board member with effect from the commencement, section 23 applies with the modification provided under subsection (2). Despite section 23(2), the office of each board member established under section 15(1) is taken to be vacant from the commencement.
