### sec.26 Presiding at board meetings
The chairperson is to preside at all board meetings at which the chairperson is present.
If the chairperson is not present at a board meeting, the deputy chairperson is to preside if present.
If the chairperson and deputy chairperson are not present at a board meeting, the board member chosen by the board members present is to preside.
(sec.26-ssec.1) The chairperson is to preside at all board meetings at which the chairperson is present.
