### sec.25 Board meetings The chairperson may convene a meeting of board members (a board meeting ) at a time and place decided by the chairperson. The chairperson must convene a board meeting— at least 5 times each year and as often as necessary for the board to perform its functions; and if requested in writing by— the Minister; or at least half of the board members for the time being.
