### sec.24 Requirement about suitability The Governor in Council or the Minister may give a person approval under this division only if satisfied, on the basis of an investigation under the Control Act , section 20 or 30 , that the person is a suitable person to be associated or connected with the ownership, management or operations of the Queen’s Wharf complex or the Queen’s Wharf casino.
