### sec.23 Voting power
This section applies to a person’s voting power in a relevant entity, other than a relevant entity mentioned in section 20 (1) .
The person’s voting power must not be more than 20% without the required approval.
For subsection (2) , the required approval must be given by the Governor in Council.
If a person has voting power in more than 1 relevant entity mentioned in subsection (1) , the person must comply with subsection (2) in relation to each of the entities.
(sec.23-ssec.1) This section applies to a person’s voting power in a relevant entity, other than a relevant entity mentioned in section 20 (1) .
