### sec.25 Approval may be conditional
The Governor in Council or the Minister may give a person approval under this division subject to conditions.
If approval is given subject to conditions, the person must comply with the conditions.
A direction may be given under part 3 , division 1 enforcing compliance with the conditions of an approval.
