### sec.22 Ancillary powers upon applications
A judge of the Supreme Court who hears an application under any provision of this Act may—
where the judge makes the order sought by the application—make such further orders as the judge considers appropriate to secure compliance with that order; and
make such order as to costs therein as the judge considers just.
