### sec.21 Further powers of Supreme Court
Where the public trustee has taken custody and control of property pursuant to a restraining order the public trustee may make application to a judge of the Supreme Court for orders or directions in relation to the use and management of the property.
Upon application under subsection (1) a judge of the Supreme Court may make such orders and give such directions as the judge considers to be necessary or desirable for the prudent use and management of the relevant property in the custody and control of the public trustee.
(sec.21-ssec.1) Where the public trustee has taken custody and control of property pursuant to a restraining order the public trustee may make application to a judge of the Supreme Court for orders or directions in relation to the use and management of the property.
(sec.21-ssec.2) Upon application under subsection (1) a judge of the Supreme Court may make such orders and give such directions as the judge considers to be necessary or desirable for the prudent use and management of the relevant property in the custody and control of the public trustee.
