### sec.73 Functions of authorised persons An authorised person has the following functions relating to the provision of personal appearance services— to enforce this Act; to monitor compliance with this Act by inspecting businesses providing personal appearance services; to help achieve the purpose of this Act by providing advice and information on how the purpose may be achieved. - (a) to enforce this Act; - (b) to monitor compliance with this Act by inspecting businesses providing personal appearance services; - (c) to help achieve the purpose of this Act by providing advice and information on how the purpose may be achieved.
