### sec.72 Appointment conditions and limit on powers
An authorised person holds office on any conditions stated in—
the authorised person’s instrument of appointment; or
a signed notice given to the authorised person.
The instrument of appointment or a signed notice given to the authorised person may limit the authorised person’s powers under this Act.
In this section—
signed notice means a notice signed by the local government.
(sec.72-ssec.1) An authorised person holds office on any conditions stated in— the authorised person’s instrument of appointment; or a signed notice given to the authorised person.
(sec.72-ssec.2) The instrument of appointment or a signed notice given to the authorised person may limit the authorised person’s powers under this Act.
(sec.72-ssec.3) In this section— signed notice means a notice signed by the local government.
- (a) the authorised person’s instrument of appointment; or
- (b) a signed notice given to the authorised person.
