### sec.74 Issue of identity cards
The local government must issue an identity card to each authorised person.
The identity card must—
contain a copy of a recent photo of the authorised person; and
contain a copy of the authorised person’s signature; and
identify the person as an authorised person under this Act; and
state an expiry date for the card.
This section does not prevent the issue of a single identity card to a person for this Act and other purposes.
(sec.74-ssec.1) The local government must issue an identity card to each authorised person.
(sec.74-ssec.2) The identity card must— contain a copy of a recent photo of the authorised person; and contain a copy of the authorised person’s signature; and identify the person as an authorised person under this Act; and state an expiry date for the card.
