### sec.61 Application for replacement of licence
A licensee may apply for replacement of the licensee’s licence if the licence has been damaged, destroyed, lost or stolen.
The application must—
be made to the local government that issued the licence; and
include information about the circumstances in which the licence was damaged, destroyed, lost or stolen; and
be accompanied by the fee for the application.
(sec.61-ssec.1) A licensee may apply for replacement of the licensee’s licence if the licence has been damaged, destroyed, lost or stolen.
(sec.61-ssec.2) The application must— be made to the local government that issued the licence; and include information about the circumstances in which the licence was damaged, destroyed, lost or stolen; and be accompanied by the fee for the application.
