### sec.60 Surrender of licence
A licensee may surrender the licence by notice given to the local government that issued the licence.
The licence must accompany the notice.
The surrender takes effect on the later of the following—
the day the notice is given;
the day specified in the notice.
(sec.60-ssec.1) A licensee may surrender the licence by notice given to the local government that issued the licence.
