### sec.45 Inquiries into application for renewal of licence
Before deciding the application, the local government may, by notice given to the licensee, require the licensee to give the local government, within a reasonable period of at least 40 days stated in the notice, further information or a document the local government reasonably requires to decide the application.
The licensee is taken to have withdrawn the application if, within the stated period, the licensee does not comply with the requirement.
