### sec.46 Licence taken to be in force while application for renewal is considered If an application is made under section 44 , the licensee’s licence is taken to continue in force from the day that it would, apart from this section, have ended until the application is— decided under section 44 ; or taken to have been withdrawn under section 45 (2) ; or otherwise withdrawn. However, if the application is refused, the licence continues in force until the information notice for the decision is given to the licensee.
