### sec.454K Acknowledgement of receipt of annual compliance certificate
This section applies if the chief executive receives an annual compliance certificate from the chief executive officer of a local government under section 454J .
As soon as practicable after receiving the certificate, the chief executive must give the chief executive officer a notice acknowledging receipt of the certificate.

(sec.454K-ssec.1) This section applies if the chief executive receives an annual compliance certificate from the chief executive officer of a local government under section 454J .
(sec.454K-ssec.2) As soon as practicable after receiving the certificate, the chief executive must give the chief executive officer a notice acknowledging receipt of the certificate.
