### sec.454J Requirement for annual compliance certificate The chief executive officer of a local government may give the chief executive a certificate (an annual compliance certificate ) for a year about the local government’s compliance with the indemnity conditions for 1 or more asbestos-related events that happened during the year. The annual compliance certificate for a year must be— in the approved form; and signed by the chief executive officer; and verified by statutory declaration. In this section— approved form means a form approved by the chief executive. s 454J ins 2014 No. 65 s 43 (sec.454J-ssec.1) The chief executive officer of a local government may give the chief executive a certificate (an annual compliance certificate ) for a year about the local government’s compliance with the indemnity conditions for 1 or more asbestos-related events that happened during the year.
