### sec.454L Evidentiary provision
An annual compliance certificate purporting to be signed by the chief executive officer of a local government is, in the absence of evidence to the contrary, evidence of the matters stated in the certificate.
Subsection (1) applies only if the annual compliance certificate was given to the chief executive under section 454J (1) within 2 years after the end of the year to which the certificate relates.
