### sec.431 Appointment conditions
A State analyst holds office on any conditions stated in—
the State analyst’s instrument of appointment; or
a signed notice given to the State analyst; or
a regulation.
In this section—
signed notice means a notice signed by the chief executive.
(sec.431-ssec.1) A State analyst holds office on any conditions stated in— the State analyst’s instrument of appointment; or a signed notice given to the State analyst; or a regulation.
(sec.431-ssec.2) In this section— signed notice means a notice signed by the chief executive.
- (a) the State analyst’s instrument of appointment; or
- (b) a signed notice given to the State analyst; or
