### sec.432 When State analyst ceases to hold office A State analyst ceases to hold office if any of the following happens— the term of office stated in a condition of office ends; under another condition of office, the State analyst ceases to hold office; the State analyst’s resignation under section 433 takes effect. Subsection (1) does not limit the ways a State analyst may cease to hold office. In this section— condition of office means a condition on which the State analyst holds office.
