### sec.113A Termination of community visitor
The public guardian may terminate the appointment of a community visitor if the community visitor has been convicted of an offence the public guardian considers makes the person unsuitable to perform the duties of a community visitor.
In this section—
convicted means found guilty, or having a plea of guilty accepted, by a court, whether or not a conviction is recorded.

(sec.113A-ssec.1) The public guardian may terminate the appointment of a community visitor if the community visitor has been convicted of an offence the public guardian considers makes the person unsuitable to perform the duties of a community visitor.
