### sec.114 Terms of appointment of community visitors
The public guardian must decide the remuneration and allowances payable to community visitors.
A community visitor is entitled to be paid the remuneration and allowances decided by the public guardian.
To the extent this Act does not state the terms on which a community visitor holds office, the visitor holds office on the terms decided by the public guardian and stated in the visitor’s instrument of appointment.
This section applies subject to the Industrial Relations Act 2016 and any relevant industrial instrument under that Act.
(sec.114-ssec.1) The public guardian must decide the remuneration and allowances payable to community visitors.
(sec.114-ssec.2) A community visitor is entitled to be paid the remuneration and allowances decided by the public guardian.
(sec.114-ssec.3) To the extent this Act does not state the terms on which a community visitor holds office, the visitor holds office on the terms decided by the public guardian and stated in the visitor’s instrument of appointment.
