### sec.35A Inquiries about fitness to practise as a registered professional engineer This section applies to the following persons (each a relevant person )— an individual applying for registration as a registered professional engineer under section 8 ; a registered professional engineer applying for renewal of registration under section 18 ; a person applying for restoration of the person’s registration under section 23 .
