### sec.35B Report about relevant person’s criminal history
The board may ask the police commissioner for a written report about the criminal history of a relevant person.
If asked by the board, the police commissioner must give the board a written report about the criminal history of the relevant person.
The duty imposed on the police commissioner applies only to information in the commissioner’s possession or to which the commissioner has access.
A report mentioned in subsection (2) may only be used for the purposes of this Act and must be destroyed as soon as practicable after it is no longer needed for those purposes.
