### sec.35 Refund of fees—withdrawal of application
This section applies if an applicant withdraws an application made under this part before the application is decided.
The board must, as soon as practicable after the application is withdrawn—
for an application for registration—refund the fees that accompanied the application less a reasonable amount, if any, prescribed under a regulation for processing the application; or
for an application for renewal or restoration of registration—refund the annual registration fee that accompanied the application.
(sec.35-ssec.1) This section applies if an applicant withdraws an application made under this part before the application is decided.
