### sec.107 Matters to be included in annual report The board’s annual report under the Financial Accountability Act 2009 for a financial year must include each of the following— a copy of all ministerial directions given to the board under section 98 (1) during the year; details about action taken by the board to comply with each direction mentioned in paragraph (a) ; information about whether the board’s activities during the year were consistent with its performance agreement; details about disciplinary proceedings, or proceedings for a contravention of the Act , started by the board; details of the results of reviews, under part 8 , division 2 , of decisions. s 107 amd 2009 No. 9 s 136 sch 1 - (a) a copy of all ministerial directions given to the board under section 98 (1) during the year; - (b) details about action taken by the board to comply with each direction mentioned in paragraph (a) ; - (c) information about whether the board’s activities during the year were consistent with its performance agreement; - (d) details about disciplinary proceedings, or proceedings for a contravention of the Act , started by the board; - (e) details of the results of reviews, under part 8 , division 2 , of decisions.
