### sec.107A Delegation
The board may delegate the board’s functions under this Act to any of the following—
a board member;
a committee of board members;
the registrar;
an appropriately qualified employee of the board;
an appropriately qualified public service employee providing services for the board under section 100A .
In this section—
functions includes powers.
