### sec.106 Board to reimburse tribunal costs The board must reimburse the department the tribunal costs paid by the department to the tribunal department. In this section— tribunal costs means the reasonable costs of the tribunal incurred in conducting— proceedings for reviews of decisions mentioned in section 122 (2) ; or disciplinary proceedings. tribunal department means the department in which the QCAT Act is administered. s 106 amd 2009 No. 24 s 1661 (sec.106-ssec.1) The board must reimburse the department the tribunal costs paid by the department to the tribunal department.
