### sec.74L Period of impoundment or immobilisation starts only when motor vehicle produced This section applies to a motor vehicle in relation to which a vehicle production notice has been given under section 74K . The period for which the motor vehicle is impounded under division 1 or 1A , or immobilised under this division, starts only when the motor vehicle is produced at the place stated in the notice. s 74L ins 2013 No. 15 s 16 (sec.74L-ssec.1) This section applies to a motor vehicle in relation to which a vehicle production notice has been given under section 74K .
