### sec.74M Vehicle production notices generally The date stated in a vehicle production notice for production of a motor vehicle must be a date that is no later than the first business day occurring 5 days after the notice is given. The disposal of a motor vehicle within the period of 5 days after a vehicle production notice is given in relation to the motor vehicle does not affect the requirement to produce the motor vehicle in accordance with the notice, except as provided by subsection (3) .
