### sec.821 Internal review procedure Despite any other provision of this Act or the Acts Interpretation Act 1954 , section 27A , the reviewer’s powers to review the original can not be delegated to— a person who made the original decision under a delegation; or if this Act required the decision to be made by a person with particular qualifications or competencies—a person without at least the same or equivalent qualifications or competencies.
