### sec.821 Internal review procedure
Despite any other provision of this Act or the Acts Interpretation Act 1954 , section 27A , the reviewer’s powers to review the original can not be delegated to—
a person who made the original decision under a delegation; or
if this Act required the decision to be made by a person with particular qualifications or competencies—a person without at least the same or equivalent qualifications or competencies.
The reviewer may, in making the internal review decision, seek and take into account advice or information from anyone, including, for example, a review panel established by the reviewer.
