### sec.822 Notice of internal review decision
The reviewer must, within 5 business days after making an internal review decision, give the applicant notice (a review notice ) of the decision.
If the internal review decision is not the decision sought by the applicant, the review notice must—
for an internal review decision about seizure or forfeiture of a thing—include, or be accompanied by, an information notice for the decision; or
for another internal review decision—include, or be accompanied by, a QCAT information notice for the decision.
If the reviewer does not give the review notice within the 5 business days, the reviewer is taken to have made an internal review decision confirming the original decision.

(sec.822-ssec.1) The reviewer must, within 5 business days after making an internal review decision, give the applicant notice (a review notice ) of the decision.
