sec.820Internal review decision

### sec.820 Internal review decision The reviewer must, within 20 business days after the internal review application is made (the required period )— review the original decision; and make a decision (the internal review decision ) to— confirm the original decision; or amend the original decision; or substitute another decision for the original decision. If the reviewer does not make the internal review decision within the required period, the reviewer is taken to have made that decision and to have decided to confirm the original decision. If the internal review decision confirms the original decision, for the purpose of an external review, the original decision is taken to be the internal review decision.
