### sec.715 Protection of members, representatives and witnesses
A member of the board of inquiry has, in performing the member’s functions, the same immunity and protection as a Supreme Court judge.
A lawyer or other person appearing before the board for someone else has the same immunity and protection as a barrister appearing for a party in a proceeding in the Supreme Court.
A person summoned to attend or appearing before the board as a witness has the same protection as a witness in a proceeding in the Supreme Court.
