### sec.106 Starting appeal
The appeal is started by filing a written notice of appeal with the Land Court.
A copy of the notice must be lodged.
An appeal to the District Court may be made to the District Court nearest the place where the applicant resides or carries on business.
Subsection (3) does not limit the court at which the appeal may be started under the Uniform Civil Procedure Rules 1999 .
