### sec.105 Period to appeal
The appeal must be started within 20 business days after—
if the person has been given an information notice about the decision—the day the person is given the notice; or
if paragraph (a) does not apply—the day the person otherwise becomes aware of the decision.
However, the Land Court may, at any time within the 20 business days, extend the period for making an appeal.
