### sec.104 Who may appeal
A person whose interests are affected by a decision identified in the schedule, may appeal against the decision to the Land Court.
For subsection (1) , a person who has been given, or is entitled to be given, an information notice about a decision is taken to be a person whose interests are affected by the decision.

(sec.104-ssec.1) A person whose interests are affected by a decision identified in the schedule, may appeal against the decision to the Land Court.
