### sec.107 Stay of operation of decision
The Land Court may grant a stay of the decision to secure the effectiveness of the appeal.
A stay—
may be given on the conditions the Land Court considers appropriate; and
operates for the period fixed by the Land Court; and
may be amended or cancelled by the Land Court.
The period of a stay under this section must not extend past the time when the Land Court decides the appeal.
The appeal affects the decision, or carrying out of the decision, only if it is stayed.

(sec.107-ssec.1) The Land Court may grant a stay of the decision to secure the effectiveness of the appeal.
(sec.107-ssec.2) A stay— may be given on the conditions the Land Court considers appropriate; and operates for the period fixed by the Land Court; and may be amended or cancelled by the Land Court.
(sec.107-ssec.3) The period of a stay under this section must not extend past the time when the Land Court decides the appeal.
(sec.107-ssec.4) The appeal affects the decision, or carrying out of the decision, only if it is stayed.
