### sec.107 Stay of operation of decision The Land Court may grant a stay of the decision to secure the effectiveness of the appeal. A stay— may be given on the conditions the Land Court considers appropriate; and operates for the period fixed by the Land Court; and may be amended or cancelled by the Land Court. The period of a stay under this section must not extend past the time when the Land Court decides the appeal.
